At 3FE we have a rich history in competition. It was through competition that 3FE was born and it still plays an important role in our development today. Competition forces us to re-evaluate why we do things the way we do, train harder, and get better at making coffee. 

The idea is to give a barista 15 mins to present coffees of their choice to a panel of judges in front of a live audience and to score them on everything from coffee quality to workflow to presentation skills and everything in between.
